Corporations in the aviation industry have warmly embraced efforts to promote Environment Social Governance (ESG) initiatives through collaboration CARE Indonesia’s program. At Bali International Air Show 2024 (BIAS), CARE Indonesia held productive meetings and discussions with leading aviation companies such as Garuda Group, Airbus, Etihad, Air Asia, and Alliance 21. These companies responded positively to potential collaborations in climate protection programs, particularly in mangrove ecosystem conservation and stunting reduction initiatives.
General visitors also showed strong support during BIAS 2024’s Public Day. Students, local residents, and community organizations in Bali were enthusiastic about the exhibition featuring palm frond plates woven by women’s groups from Musi Banyuasin District, South Sumatra as well as the impactful results of CARE Indonesia’s ongoing programs.
