As part of the PROSPER program, Yayasan CARE Peduli (YCP) organized the Integrated School Health Business Module (UKS) Master Trainer Training of Trainers (TOT) in two locations; Serang Regency on 10-12 April 2023, and in Bone Regency on 17-18 April 2023. The primary objective of this initiative was to educate participants on gender equality in the education sector and provide them with the knowledge and skills to implement the Community-Based Integrated Child Protection Mechanism (PATBM) and the UKS Module.
The TOT Master Training activities were attended by 15 participants in Serang Regency and 23 participants in Bone Regency. Among the attendees were representatives from various Regional Government Agencies (OPD), including the Office of Education, Health Service, Food Security and Agriculture, Environment Service, Community Empowerment Service, and Villages. This diverse participation demonstrates a shared commitment to achieving a common goal of enhancing the quality of education and health services in both locations.
Nursalam, Secretary of the Bone Education Office in his opening remarks stated that this activity supports the efforts of the Bone Regional Government to produce safe and healthy schools for students, especially at the Elementary School (SD) level.
