The Handover of Hydroponic farming business facilities to 4 Cooperatives and 1 Hydroponic Farmer Group from the Sigi Regency and Donggala Regency was held on February 2, 2022, at the Hydroponic farming location in Pombewe Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency.

As a continuation of the post-Tsunami 2019 program, the Hydroponic Agriculture Program aims to increase the production of hydroponic vegetables to meet market demand in Central Sulawesi. In addition to its fast-harvesting nature, hydroponic vegetables will help food security where vegetables can be grown all year round, regardless of the climate or weather outside.

The total number of hydroponic farming facilities handed over was 42 units of hydroponic vegetable planting media/tables and their equipment in Sirenja and Kulawi sub-districts, namely in Pombewe Village, Bolapapu Village, Mataue Village, Tompe Village and Lompio Village.
