Esti Andayani, a retired career diplomat, served as Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the Kingdom of Norway and the Republic of Iceland (2010 – 2014) and, Italian Republic, Republic of Malta, Republic of Cyprus, and Republic of San Marino, as well as the Permanent Representative to the Rome-based UN Agencies (2017 – 2021) before retiring. She had also sat as the Director General for Information and Public Policy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 2005, Esti was the first person in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to be assigned as the Director for Technical Cooperation, in which she actively played a role in Indonesia’s contribution to the South-South Cooperation. Currently she is a member of the Assistance Team of Indonesia’s G20 Presidency on environment and climate sustainability mainly tasked to assist the Minister of Forestry and Environmental Affairs in the G20 meetings. Esti holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Indonesia.

Agus Triwahyuono started his formal work as a hotelier in Jakarta and then switched to an NGO working on HIV/AIDS as a counsellor, Commercial Sexual Workers (PSK) and drug users outreach worker and national trainer for VCT (Voluntary Counseling And Testing). Some of the main tasks in HIV/AIDS issues are policy advocacy regarding the use of sterile syringes for injecting drug users, legal protection of injecting drug users, and as a supervisor of VCT services in hospitals in collaboration with the Ministry of Health. After several years of working on HIV/AIDS issues, she moved to the CSR world of a national private bank with a flagship program of revitalising traditional markets and empowering market traders and ended it in 2020 and then joined YCP as Humanitarian Manager and now as Programme Manager. Educational background is Dutch Literature and Law at the University of Indonesia, Depok and Master of Sustainability at Trisakti University, Jakarta.

Awalia Murtiana has an educational background in Psychology. Prior to joining YCP, she accumulated over 15 years of experience in the development and implementation of development programs at both local and national levels with bilateral and multilateral donor agencies and non-governmental organizations. Awalia began her career as a volunteer in the fields of Adolescent Reproductive Health, HIV & AIDS, and Gender at the Indonesian Planned Parenthood Association (PKBI), where she served as a peer counselor, outreach worker, and eventually became the Youth Program Coordinator. She then joined UNFPA as part of the Tsunami Disaster Response Team, focusing on HIV & AIDS, Islamic Education, Primary Education, Maternal and Child Health, Gender, and Inclusion in bilateral donor agencies. Awalia also served as the Adolescent Reproductive Health Advisor at a non-governmental organization. To expand the reach of Reproductive Health, including Family Planning, Awalia rejoined UNFPA Jakarta, collaborating with national-level ministries. Currently, she manages programs with a portfolio in stunting, employing a holistic and integrative intervention approach that includes specific, sensitive, and supportive interventions. Simultaneously, Awalia also manages programs ensuring gender justice for women at the community level and for workers in the garment industry.
Soka Handinah or commonly known as Dinah, is a humanitarian worker and researcher focusing on gender justice and the protection of women's rights. Dinah has worked for over 25 years in various civil society organizations and development and humanitarian action projects addressing the protection of women and marginalized groups in various regions of Indonesia, including violence against women, the environment, and development injustices that disadvantage women/girls. She also supports the strengthening of local women's leadership in climate justice actions at the local, national, and global levels. She completed her studies in Sociology (Social and Politics Faculty) Airlangga University in Surabaya and a Master's degree in Environment and Urban Studies from Soegijapranata Catholic University in Semarang. Dinah has written several books and articles on women's issues, including "Women and Violence: Breaking the Chain of Violence Against Women" (2005), "The Debate on Prostitution in Indonesia" (2012), "Women's Narratives in the Anti-Sexual Violence Movement in Indonesia" (2018), and "Lombok Women as Water Guardians" (2020). Currently, Dinah joins Care Indonesia as Team Leader of PERISAI-Mangrove Project, a project to strengthen local women's leadership in mangrove restoration in Indonesia.

Lenko Surya Perkasa, then moved to the role of Administration and Finance Assistant at Indonesian Planned Parenthood Association or Perkumpulan Keluarga Berencana (PKBI) West Nusa Tenggara or Nusa Tenggara Barat/NTB for the "Yes I Do (YID)" Program by Rutgers Indonesia. Desy further advanced to Finance and Administration Officer for PKBI NTB’s Humanitarian Program with UNICEF Indonesia, while simultaneously working as a Field Coordinator for the UNFPA Humanitarian Program. With experiences in finance and administration, brought me to HRD Officer at PKBI NTB and Operational Manager at PT. Panemas Tanah Hijau. The dedication of the operation division, Desy obtained an opportunity as a Case Manager for the TB Program funded by the Global Fund.
