On Monday, 21 November 2022 at 01:22 PM, there was an earthquake with a magnitude of M5.6, centered 10 KM southwest of Cianjur regency, West Java province. According to the latest data from the National Disaster Management Agency of Cianjur regency, on November 22, there were 268 fatalities, 151 people on a search, 1.083 people with minor to serious injuries, 22.198 houses were seriously damaged, and 58,362 people were evacuated in 14 scattered points.
