Bona brings over 25 years of development experience, starting her career with the UNDP Jakarta where she had managed poverty and social development programmes and supported a joint UN policy analysis initiative during the financial crisis. Prior to CARE Indonesia, Bona was CEO of Millennium Challenge Account Indonesia, a national Trust Fund institution set up by the Government of Indonesia to manage the $600 million US-GOI Compact partnership. Before leading the MCA-Indonesia, Bona was the Executive Director of Yayasan Danamon Peduli, the Danamon Bank’s arm that oversees its social investment programme.
Luki brings a wealth of financial and operations management experience from his engagement in the private sector and development organizations. Prior to joining Yayasan CARE Peduli, Luki was the Head of Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal & Compliance as well as the as well as the Executive Board’s Secretary in Tanoto Foundation. Starting his career with a private company, PT Inti Salim Corpora, Luki continue his career in a number of development organizations including Ford Foundation, The Nature Conservation, UNICEF and USAID.
Festina’s long career in the financial management started in the private sector at Bimantara Citra. Following that, she had deepened her financial management and operations experience in a number of World Bank-funded projects, such as the Jakarta Initiative Task Force, Decentralization Support Facility, Kecamatan Development Project and its successor, PNPM. Prior to joining Yayasan CARE Peduli, Festina headed the Grant Management team at MCA-Indonesia, overseeing a portfolio of 105 grants with the total value of USD 200 million.
